Terms of use

These terms describe how this site works and what the numbers on it mean.

What this site is

It is our customers' page: your account, your invoices and our price list. It is not a shop and nothing is bought here.

Your account

Your sign-in is yours alone and you are responsible for what is done with it. If you see something in your account you do not recognise, tell us.

What you see after signing in is your account and nothing else — no one else's is shown to you, and yours is shown to no one.

The figures and what they mean

  • Outstanding is what has been invoiced and not settled; overdue is the part of it past its date.
  • An unapplied payment is money that reached us and has not yet been put against a particular invoice. It is yours, and it is shown so it cannot disappear inside a single number.

Prices

A price is stamped on an invoice the day it is issued. A change today does not touch an earlier invoice, and the price list describes what will be charged from now on.

An item with no price says "ask us"; it does not mean it is free.

Invoices

An issued invoice is never edited. If it is wrong it is cancelled or reversed by a second document and both stay on the record — so a statement you printed can never disagree with the ledger it came from.

What we promise and what we do not

We work to keep the site available and its figures correct. It may stop for maintenance or through a fault, and its being down neither discharges a debt nor admits one.

Changes to these terms

They may change, and the text published here is the one that applies. Privacy is on its own page.
